Stockwood Garden Party

Embark on an enchanting journey through the hidden corners of Stockwood Discovery Centre. Stroll through lush lawns and meander among the trees to find a whimsical garden party that promises joy for the whole family!

Step into the wonder of the "Wonders of the Woodland." Gather 'round for Neville the Squirrel's delightful stories about Stockwood. There's so much to create, dig, discover & do! Whether you choose to relax under the trees or embark on thrilling games and trails to hunt buzzing bees, there's a "Tree-rific" day waiting for you!

Brand new for 2024, enjoy an exciting live show, get crafty with Recycle Garden Art, and keep an eye out for a special playful mouse enjoying a woodland stroll.

This family-friendly event is bursting with puppetry, nature art, suitcase theatre, and garden games. Mark your calendars for Tuesday 6th, Wednesday 7th, and Thursday 8th August 2024!

Come and join the woodland adventure, where real fairies tell enchanting stories, magic wishes come true, and the day ends with a grand "Celebration" party. Create, discover, and explore with your loved ones in this enchanting garden party! 

A Children's Story in partnership with The Culture Trust presents a programme of free theatre, puppetry, family activities, and general green-fingered fun.

Please note: This performance will be taking place on the Lawn outside, and therefore there will be no chairs. You are encouraged to bring blankets and cushions to sit on during the performance. Children must be accompanied by an adult and not be left unattended. You can drop in to the event any time between 11am and 3pm, no pre-booking or ticket required. Stay and have fun with your family!
