We love welcoming families at our venues! At The Culture Trust Luton we pride ourselves in offering accessible, creative and fun artistic programming for children of all ages and their families.

All of our venues are equipped with baby changing facilities and relaxing spaces. Plus, at Stockwood Discovery Centre and Wardown House, Museum & Gallery you have access to free parking, beautiful green spaces and galleries for little (and big) explorers.

Summer is nearly here and we have some exciting events coming up! Celebrating its 5-year anniversary, this year’s Stockwood Garden Party is bigger, bolder and full of imagination. Join us for the return of Colourscape on Friday 7th, Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th August! Also returning is Stockwood Living History Festival - our final event this Summer at Stockwood on Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th September!

October Half-Term

Make the most of October Half-Term with a week of family activities from The Culture Trust in Luton.

From drawing and clay workshops to theatre, comedy, dance, film and magic, there’s plenty to keep children entertained during the school break. Families can enjoy The BIG Draw and Clay Creatures at Stockwood Discovery Centre, plus a packed programme at The Hat Factory Arts Centre including Olaf Falafel’s Stupidest, Super Stupid Show, Red Robin’s Winter Song, Dance in the Dark, Flotsam, Family Film Club: Monster Family and more.

With daytime performances, creative workshops and activities for different ages, it’s a great way to spend time together, try something new and enjoy culture close to home this October Half-Term.
