From the factory floor to the design studio, and the thousands who passed through the gates each day, this project tells the story of Vauxhall Motors through the voices of those who lived it.

The Big Vauxhall Draw – Thursday 23rd July 

Come and join us between 11am – 2pm and help create a new artwork celebrating Vauxhall and its impact on Luton. Whether you’d like to draw, colour or get creative, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. 

All materials are provided. Suitable for all ages - just drop in to the Vauxhall exhibition space and take part!

A day in the life at Vauxhall – Tuesday 4th August

Step into the world of Vauxhall Motors and experience life on the production line through interactive play.

Discover the different stages of car production whilst learning about the history of the factory, before putting your finished car to the test using our in-house test track.

Suitable for children aged 3 – 8 years and runs between 11am – 2pm. 

Museum in a box – Thursday 6th August

Explore our new Museum in a Box and discover the story of Vauxhall through a collection of fascinating objects. Listen to stories from former workers and uncover what life was really like at the factory.
