Sunshine Screenings: Ratatouille

Sunshine Screenings: Ratatouille

Sunshine screenings are specially adapted screenings where adjustments are made for guests with autism, sensory difficulties or learning impairments to allow attendees to enjoy the magic of cinema.

At our autism friendly screenings, we make the following adaptations:

  • Keep the house lights on throughout the film
  • Lower the audio volume
  • Remove the advertisements and trailers before the film
  • Open the cinema doors early so guests have time to get used to the surroundings
  • Chill Out Zone, where available
  • Free entry for carers
  • Ability to make noise and move around if needed

Ratatouille:

Remy, a rat, aspires to become a renowned French chef. However, he fails to realise that people despise rodents and will never enjoy a meal cooked by him.
