£27,254 - £29,540 a year pro rata
Mainly evenings and weekends – 18.5 hours p.w. (various shifts)
About the Job:

We have an exciting opportunity within the Commercial and Operations team where you will support the Head of Commercial Operations & Head of Operations with the day to day provision of a high quality front of house and commercial service at The Culture Trust Venues.
The successful applicant will be the primary contact point and lead front-line staff. You will be the first point of contact for staff, customers, hirers and users of the facilities, ensuring the health and safety and well-being of all staff and users, as well as dealing with all technical, building and commercial issues. You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer care at all times and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and for the delivery of agreed KPI’s in line with the business plan.
About you:
This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show a fluency in speaking and writing English.
You will be required to work across Culture Trust sites when necessary to meet business requirements. You will be responsible for the supervision of the bar, catering and front of house services, so if you have experience of working in a similar environment, we look forward to receiving your application.
