Wet Felting

Join in our 'Place of Making' workshops with established artists to learn new skills, creative techniques, and make your own art.

Join Bedfordshire felt maker and textile artist, Clare Bullock, in this one day course to discover the ancient and versatile craft of Wet Felting.

This is a beginner’s workshop designed to introduce anyone and everyone to the relatively simple but ultimately extremely satisfying world of traditional wet felt making. You will learn the basic process of wet felt making as well as its potential to let you express yourself through a traditional and natural craft.

Note: Please bring along an apron, some old towels, and an empty 1pt milk bottle with its lid. A couple of plastic bags for you wet work and towels. A basic beginners kit will be provided at an extra £10 per person.
