‘Sustainability within the Creative Industries’ Film & Panel Discussion
Introduced by the short film 'Unstitched' by Jenny Rygalska, an expert panel brings in-depth knowledge of the field of sustainability and explores questions of sustainability within the creative industries.
The film: An Our Collective Impact production, Unstitched is a sustainable fashion documentary which sheds light on the fashion industry and the impacts it's having on the planet and its people. Simultaneously it remains optimistic about the future by providing solutions and showcasing a range of change-makers.
Our Panel is led by Elly Stemerdinck (Editor in chief of the Hat Magazine), who will be joined by Carry Somers (Co-founder of Fashion Revolution & author of 'The Nature of Fashion) and Berni Yates (Designer, educator and contributing editor at Elle Magazine).
The panel discussion is organised by The British Hat Guild to complement the ‘Making Headway: Celebrating Sustainability in Hats’ exhibition.
