Heritage Open Days is England's largest community led festival of history and culture, involving thousands of local volunteers and organisations. Every year in September it brings people together to celebrate their heritage, community and history. Heritage Open Days 2025 run from 12-21 September 2025 and its theme is Architecture. The Culture Trust plans for a series of events and commissions to celebrate the heritage of the Hat District.
