Join us for an extended programme of free and ticketed events across the Hat District this April. Expect music, arts and & dancing with refreshments available from 2pm – 9pm as part of our regular creative social - Hat District Lates.

What's On this Month:

2pm - 5pm - Bring the Family down!

NGYT Taleshakers (2:15pm - 3pm & 3.30pm - 4:15pm - Book early to avoid disappointment)
Revel, rave and rhyme in a journey combining storytelling, games and movement, the perfect playground for little but large imaginations to run wild and free. Join us on Bute Street in The Hat District (or perhaps both!) but be ready to shake your tail feathers!

Join the team from UK Centre for Carnival Arts (UKCCA) this Easter with a carnival take-over of The Hat Factory Café.

FREE entertainment and activities, 2pm - 5pm - Bring the Family down! 

Family Under the Sea Sustainable Crafts  (2pm - 4pm)
Under The Sea sustainable carnival crafts for all the family, in celebration of Luton International Carnival 2023 on Sunday 28 May, with the adventurous theme of Coast to Coast! 

And for the adults from 5pm... 
Soak up the carnival vibes with DJ Phatz and the wonder of UKCCA's costume displays with iconic piece you can try on!  Design and make your own stainable carnival headdress inspired by the colours and forms of Luton International Carnival. Party with friends old and new with drinks, laughter and carnival...
