This new installation takes over the Smoking Room. It explores artist Sophie Gresswell’s interconnected heritage and ‘Britishness’. Her case has been inspired by a visit to the island of Saint Helen, a small British Overseas Territory used as a strategic stop off point during the height of the British empire.
