Basement Live/s: October
Welcome to the October Basement Lives show brought to you by Luton Lives. This one is a special treat for our own Paul Curry's birthday, which is at the beginning of the month. We're bringing together some of Paul's favourite bands into a line up of great local, and nearly local, independent music.
You know it's going to be a night to remember.
The line up currently includes (more will be added so keep checking back):
Running time: 3 hours. Bar opens at 7pm, doors to the auditorium opens at 7.30pm.
Line Up
The Sun Dog Collective
The Sun Dog Collective is exactly that – a collective. With many years’ experience between each member, their varied musical tastes combine to create a melodic rock sound with the occasional acoustic slant. Known for their captivating sound and deeply rooted in the local music scene around Luton the band is a staple of the local live circuit, they are frequent performers at grassroots venues.
Skull Puppets
Skull Puppets are a garage band, that much is indisputable. They get together in a garage down the garden, hidden amidst the satellite shires, to make a cathartic noise and kick at the blues. Songs of darkness, fuzzy noise and voodoo charm!
Cerberus
Cerberus are a classic rock band and a Luton institution, in a good way. With over 30 years of live gigs, numerous motorcycle rallies and festivals and many studio recordings behind them. They also run the annual CerberFest festival in Luton, which for 17 years, has supported local and new music whilst raising money for the local Air Ambulance. Currently performing as a power trio they're hard hitting and ready to rock.
Craig Ingham
Craig Ingham is a multi-instrumentalist singer and songwriter who blew us away when he played for us in December '26. After years performing with a band and touring Europe and recording a successful string of records, his solo music mixes raw feel and atmosphere-built from the road, and late-night ideas. Fusing emotion, musical craftsmanship, and inspired creativity into a unique style entirely.
