Online Art Therapy

A safe space for women to explore personal narratives and to reconnect with self.

This is a closed group using art psychotherapy to work through thoughts and feelings in a group dynamic which enables greater support, acknowledgement and trust.

So come and be creative in your own special way, these sessions are devised to calm the mind and create space for new ways of being, thinking and feeling.

Butterfly Project - Art Therapy is an open space using creative expression and art as therapy.

Sessions are online and facilitated by a qualified Art Psychotherapist. Participants are expected to attend all sessions.

The Butterfly Project is an advocate for alleviating female mental distress caused by trauma, abuse and deprivation.

To book please go through Bedfordshire and Luton Recovery college by filling out the online registration form on their website  mindrecoverynet.org.uk.
