Amy Belson Joins The Culture Trust As Our Chief Executive

We are delighted to announce that Amy Belson will be joining the Culture Trust, Luton as our Chief Executive starting in May 2026.

Amy is currently Executive Director of the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre, a role she has held since 2021. She is a senior cultural leader with extensive experience across the UK theatre and arts sector. Amy has previously worked at the Royal Shakespeare Company, Soho Theatre and Bristol Old Vic. Her work focuses on inclusive participation, civic engagement, and the long-term sustainability of cultural organisations. As a leading member of Hammersmith & Fulham Cultural Compact and Chair of the Creative Pathways Partnership, she works closely with artists, communities, and partners in supporting strategic place based intervention projects. Amy is a trustee of Gloucester Culture Trust. She was named in this year's The Stage magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in UK theatre and jointly won the West London Women in Business Award 2025.
