Hat Studios form part of the newly regenerated Hat District, consisting of Hat Factory Arts Centre, Hat Works and Hat House.

Situated in the heart of the cultural quarter, the Hat District is a short walk from Luton’s mainline train station, offering access to London in 22 minutes as well as the North and the Midlands. Hat Studios benefits from a large nearby car park, e-car charging stations, bike racks, bus station and access to the M1 and A6.
