Venues Coordinator
Location: Hat District
Salary: £27,254 per annum
Contract: Full-time – 37 hours, Fixed term to 31st March 2027
About the role:
To support the Cluster Manager and deputise as required to ensure the effective operation of Hat District venues, delivering safe, welcoming and commercially successful spaces for culture, community and commercial activity.
The Venue Co-ordinator will oversee day-to-day venue operations, event delivery, venue hire activity, customer service standards, staffing and facilities management.
The postholder will work closely with the Programming team to ensure venues are operationally prepared and fit for purpose for current and future programme activity, performance, exhibitions, community events and commercial hires.
Acting as a key point of contact for event clients, partners, contractors and visitors and support income generation through venue utilisation and event delivery.
