Windrush Delights

An evening filled with music, food, and laughter to celebrate the Windrush Generation.

Teletubby turned comedian, John Simmit will host the evening, taking the audience on a journey through the ages of music inspired by the Windrush Generation whilst they dine on a sumptuous 3 course dinner.

So dust off your best dresses and suits and join Black Arts Heritage Network in partnership with The Culture Trust Luton for a night to remember.

Menu Choices:

Starters: Salt fish fritters / Vegetable Frittas

Mains: Stewed chicken / Baked fillet of salmon / Sweet potato and chick pea curry

Sides: Rice and peas / Vegetable rice / Seasonal Vegetables / Fried plantain

Desserts: Fresh fruit medley / Apple crumble and custard

Once you have purchased your ticket please email with your food choices from the menu below and specify any dietary requirements. You can select two sides and one choice from each of the other sections.

Please note: All meals are served with home-made coleslaw and salad. Please specify if you wish to remove these at the time of confirming your food choices.

Running Time: 2 hours
Bar opens at 6pm with doors to the auditorium at 7pm and dinner served at 7:30pm
