Do you know the basic crochet stitches but get stuck reading a pattern or chart? Have you mastered the granny square but need to be shown how to join and seam them together? If you are looking to improve on your existing skills then please join us for this short course with Nicola from Tea Cake + Make.
During this improver's course we will be looking at seaming, pattern and chart reading where a variety of stitches are used to create texture and more open lace work, have a go at cluster and puff stitches and amigurumi.
This is a four week course running every Thursday from the 4th November until the 25th November.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring along a 4mm crochet hook and a selection of DK (Double Knitting) weight yarn, a small pair of scissors and large eye sewing needle. You may also bring along a project you have been working on but need some guidance with and our tutor will do their best to try and support you to move forward with it.
Please note this course is suitable for students who have some previous experience of crochet and can work chain, slip, double and treble crochet stitches.
