UTTER! Lutonia presents:
JOHN HEGLEY (plus local support)
As Advent gets underway, John Hegley will bring to this Utter night out, a dozen pre-Christmas crackers in poetic form, a song about French teacher Mister Galimore's four simple rules for marking your neighbour's vocabulary test, a small amount of material about extrusive igneous rocks, some cardboard animals and a very special human guest indeed. Book tickets here.
Hats To The Future
Come and join an immersive experience where new technology takes us back to the past, showcasing Luton's hat making heritage. You will be able to try new and innovative ways of exploring and learning about the trade that built the town, Hat Making and Millinery, using AR and web based gaming. Thanks to funding through the National Lottery Heritage Fund , Hats To The Future is a pilot that is testing a new framework of teaching that supports and engages new audiences in the classroom with heritage and place.
This is your chance to play with new tech, meet the developers and see what is next for the project and for Luton town when it comes to new technology.
Panel talks and speeches start at 5.30pm
Upcoming Dates:
