Welcoming you back

Our performance spaces will only be filled to 20% capacity, so there will be plenty of space for the audience and performers to social distance.

The front row of the audience will be at least 2m from the front of the stage, with performers having a 1m clearance themselves from the stage edge making it 3m, compliant with distance for music indoors.

We have capped each group booking at 4 or 6 – dependant on the set up of the event, therefore we ask that you only sit within your household/bubble groups of no more than 4 or 6.

All entrances into our spaces are double doors and will be propped open until the performance starts and will be re-propped at intervals and end of performances to minimise contact with the doors.

You will be shown to your seat by a member of our Front of House team.

We also ask you to try and stay 2 metres apart wherever possible when moving around our venues.

For the safety of all our staff and customers, we are asking that everyone visiting any of our venues provide their track and trace details.

If you do not wish to provide details then we sadly won’t be able to allow you entry to our venues at the current time.

We will not issuing physical tickets – please show your confirmation email on your phone, or print it out before you come along. We encourage you to buy your ticket before you come along.

Please note tickets are unallocated so our Front of House team can ensure social distancing is maintained amongst the audience.

There will be hand sanitiser stations on the way in and out of the performance spaces. Hand washing facilities will also be available.

We ask customers to wear face coverings when moving around our venues including at the bar ordering drinks and watching a show - unless exempt. 

There will be the opportunity to pre-order your refreshments when buying your ticket online. 

Our bar and cafe areas will be table service. Orders can also via an app. 

The bar at Hat Factory will be bottles only, and only open for public performances (from 6pm). No food will be served. 

If at any point it is deemed unsafe for a show to go ahead, the show will be cancelled and you will be given the option of a full refund on your ticket or credit to use at another time.
