An Afternoon With The Beethoven Violin Concerto - the greatest violin concerto ever written
The afternoon is an opportunity to spend intimate time with what is universally regarded as the greatest violin concerto in the repertoire.
As well as a complete performance of the work - in a special arrangement for solo violin accompanied by string quintet - a few words will be offered to those in the audience who wish to know more about the structure of the piece and about the workings of music itself. To close there will be an opportunity for Q&A.
Running Time: 120 minutes
