With Luton moving into Tier 2 we have made some changes to this weekend’s Basement Live. Following the Government guidance, the seating has been re arranged so that each member of the audience is 1 meter apart and each customer will need to be seated by household.
We continue to ask you to wear a mask until seated, maintain social distance and use the hand sanitiser provided when necessary.
For our other events happening in the future, we will review the situation continuously in line with government advice and keep you regularly updated. Please keep an eye on our website and social media channels for further updates.

Join us for free gigs in the Hat Factory Basement on the last Saturday of the month, presented by Luton Live/s.
The line up:
Jacob from Sourdough (7.30pm - 8pm)
Jacob gave us a fantastic debut acoustic set back in July as part of the Revoluton Arts Late Lounge live stream gigs we did. Picking a mix of current and old Sourdough songs that work acoustically and some songs that had never been played live Jacob the comments section of the team lit up with love and we're expecting the same response when we bring him out of his living room and on to the Hat Factory stage.
Action Panzer (8.15pm - 8.45pm)
Action Panzer are Post Hardcore fun from Luton... a juggernaut of meaty riffs, pounding rhythms, and poppy hooks. In this stripped back, acoustic, session Nik and Martin from the band will explore the existential core of Action Panzer; highlighting the nuances of structure, rhythm, harmony and lyrical sensitivity from which the very existence of the band stems....or they'll do something completely different...we'll find out on the night.
Rylands Heath (9pm - 9.30pm)
Rylands Heath are a pop duo from Luton. The pair, Jack and James, combine their keen ear for melody and knack for huge harmonies with a wide range of musical influences to create snappy, genre-bending tunes: ranging from gritty to outright anthemic. And theyr'e as near as damn it the official band of Luton Town FC.
Every penny is appreciated and helps us continue to put on FREE live events for the people of Luton and beyond.
